Every single one of our creations is a bigger reflection of history, feelings, passion, art and social change. These traits are artistically blended to create the collection of Manos Gerakinis.
The journey starts with Manos Gerakinis through his childhood memories in Kavala, Greece along with the story of his family originating from Istanbul. His memories of the cultivation of saffron, tobacco, labdanum and honey amongst others, his natural talent for painting as well as history, philosophy and culture are the founding stones of the brand. The journey continues in London, where Manos Gerakinis resides for more than a decade and travels around the world while working in luxury. He develops an exquisite taste and sophistication, an eye for detail and a deep appreciation of the arts and craftsmanship.
During the following years, new images and feelings are added; traveling enriches the experience with the true meaning of life by exploring the senses and appreciating pure beauty.
Manos Gerakinis Parfums, the first niche luxury Greek perfume house explores the values of life and different cultures. Our purpose is to embrace Individuality and so we break the boundaries, floating between the East and the West, the male and the female, the simplicity and the extravagance.
The experience becomes multisensory by adding home fragrances and scarves, to further enrich the olfactory journey with sight and touch. The House of Manos Gerakinis is free spirited and contemporary with a rich history of self-expression encouraging the individual’s true beauty to emerge.

🧿Immortelle’ is a fragrance inspired by Manos Gerakinis’s Greek heritage. Immortelle is a yellow flower found in Greek nature and its story dates back to the Trojan war. During Helen’s capture, she asked Paris to validate her beauty against Venus. Paris replied: “Do you not see this flower? Your hair shares the same golden colour and your body smells like the flower while your skin is as soft as its petals. Your beauty will be everlasting” and thus this flower was named Immortelle representing Immortal Beauty.

🧿Pivoine’ is a 2017 edition to the Heritage collection. Peonies took their name after Paeon, the physician of Greek gods who angered Asclepius, the god of medicine, due to his natural healing abilities. Zeus saved Paeon from the wrath of Asclepius by turning him into the beautiful flower of peony (pivoine).

Heart Notes: peony, jasmine, carnation, rose
Base Notes: Suede*

🧿Anthem’s inspiration comes from the Greek revolution in 1821. The fragrance with notes of labdanum, saffron, amber and oud recounts the story of Greece and its journey towards freedom and independence. Two hundred years later, the core values of the revolution still apply to the modern ‘revolutionary’ man. Anthem brings the past into the future and unites the East with the West in its own distinctive way.
