When you’re talking to your Etsy customers- especially when selling printables- it can be tough. 😤

Especially when they think that their error is your error. 😫

That’s why I’m always teaching my students to have good boundaries when it comes to their customers and start to understand what they will and won’t do for their customers.

I also give my students a list of Q&As that helps them quickly answer their customers questions by copying and pasting. It’s makes the process less scary!
