Wholesale market in Oxkutzcab

The wholesale fruit and vegetable market in Oxkutzcab is one of the largest daily markets in the Yucatan. People come from all over to buy smaller quantities for resale in their area. We passed lots of orchards and farms in the area as it has rich soils (once you clear the rocks) and abundant underground water close to the surface.
