The soon to be famous MOJO Burger (at least famous in my own mind).
The Cheeseburger is my all time favorite meal, perfect in all ways and healthy to boot. I've been searching for the perfect burger now for 45 years and this burger here may be the closest to perfect I've ran across. It may not be the most economical burger around, but money is no object when on the quest for greatness. Don't tell the wife I said that.
I used what I have found to be the perfect ratio of Beef Tenderloin, Aged Brisket and Hickory Smoked Bacon. Throw in the awesome MOJO mayo and onions and you have a burger that is on the right path to greatness.
Save your beef trimmings or go buy some just to make the ground beef. I'd almost promise that this burger will change your life too.
