The night before the haircut... After Lockdown... THE NEW NORMAL!

After many weeks of us all going through very restricted times, our lives shadows of what they were once before this pandemic. We have all heard of all the people this horrific time has taken, families destroyed, broken hearts, an endless sea of tears. God bless them all. So never will I again take such a simple thing as a haircut, being able to freely walk down the street without caution of the virus for granted again. We have all heard and sadly keep hearing of the many awful events and tragic happenings from COVID 19, our new normal will certainly be a challenge but one of which if we work together, we will succeed. So, this evening as I wonder what haircut I will have tomorrow I don’t just think of this simple task, my heart breaks for the people that won’t get to do this simple task again… The new normal, we should all respect and keep those which have left this world far too early from this horrendous virus in our hearts and for them hold the new normal as the very meaning to honour and respect those we have lost from our society. That’s the reason we should all take it so seriously…

Tomorrow I look forward to a new haircut long awaited after lockdown, tomorrow I’ll keep in my heart all those people… A haircut, not important but we take for granted! A laugh, a chat, a smile, a hug, the simple things we should really treasure. Take care, stay safe and forever love those around you as no one knows just what’s around the corner.
