Salmon & Tofu stirfry

Easy and quick. To save time I bought pre cut salmon cubes, and used frozen green onion and ginger I cut and froze before. I didnt use any additional salt only from the regular soy sauce.

INGREDIENTS
100g of salmon
1 box soft tofu
Ginger
Green onion
White pepper
Avocado oil
Soy sauce
White Vinegar
Brown sugar

PREP
- Salmon was purchased precut
- Cut up the tofu, ginger and green onion
- Put white pepper onto the salmon
- Mixture: soy sauce, white vinegar and a little brown sugar

COOKING
1. Put the avocado oil on the pain
2. Put in the salmon, cook until almost well done.
3. Add in the tofu, green onion, ginger and soy sauce mixture. Mix well.
4. Once it’s all mixed up, and well done it’s complete! The sauce should be completely dry by the end.
