How to drill holes without making a mess in drywall, tile, cement board (almost anything).

This is what I do every time I am going to drill a hole and don't want to make a mess with the dust falling to the ground. I've done this in drywall, wall tile, cement board, wood, metal, etc. This works great when installing a wall anchor to hang a picture, mirror, almost anything. Nothing falls below the paper and it is great not having to clean up a mess on the floor.
Make sure you press the tape tight against the wall.
