* Renal parenchyma:
* compressed by cyst

*Color Doppler Findings:

* Lesion:
* Internal vascularity: Absent

## Differential Diagnosis:

* Simple renal cyst: Most likely diagnosis, especially with the reported characteristics.
* Renal abscess: Less likely given the ground-glass echogenicity and absence of internal vascularity.
* Hemorrhagic renal cyst: Possible, but internal echoes or septations might be present. most likely possibility in this case.
* Bosniak 2F cyst: Unlikely given the absence of internal echoes, septations, or calcifications.
* Cystic renal cell carcinoma: Requires further investigation and contrast-enhanced imaging.
