MEAL PLAN & PREP With Me! | How I Organize My Weekly Menu 2022 | Organization Motivation!

Come along with me as I meal plan and prep for the week ahead! We start out meal planning for the week using my Day Designer daily planner. Then we jump right into preparing a sheet pan chicken and veggies for lunch, chia seed pudding for snack, and overnight oats for breakfast! Being gluten free, dairy free, and nut free, meal prepping has made it to so much easier for me to have convenient access to meals that stick to my diet. Cook along side me or just use this video as motivation to start meal planning or prepping for yourself!

Today we are going to tackle both meal planning and prepping for one week. Then we will also make sure to prepare raw pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds for seed cycling.
