Clam Bucket Truck Winch Out

In this video, Shane was sent to winch out a clamshell bucket truck and trailer . Once he started winching, hw noticed the truck was not coming up. He called to get someone to bring our landing mats so the truck roll up on top. We had to keep rotating the mats and blocks until the truck was out.
