🍁 BEST CANADIAN DIVIDEND ETF for DIVIDENDS this decade (8 ETFs)

There are TONS of Canadian Dividend ETFs and it can be somewhat confusing as to what they do differently from each other. By their actual names they all sound somewhat similar and feel like they do a good job at giving dividends. Also, there’s a ton of other great videos or articles talking about a few of the names but I’ve yet to figure out which was actually the best this last decade.

So in this video, I’m going to show you some key details for each to distinguish between them as investments and then determine which Canadian dividend ETF was the BEST this decade for DIVIDENDS. After, I’ll throw in the returns from capital gains to get a holistic picture of total gains.

From my prior videos on the best Canadian stocks and REITs for dividends, essentially the best dividend investment is the one that pays the most income over time. This should account for any differences in dividend metrics. Ideally, if the investment is good then going into the future they can keep up a similar dividend performance as they did in the past, just so long as the investment does not bankrupt
