Sims Freeplay 100 Baby Challenge Part 1: Getting Things Set Up

I made a Sims Freeplay 100 Baby Challenge. Here are the rules if you want to try it out. But since it's Sims Free play, I can only go to 30 babies.
Rules:
1. Mother can't have a job, father can.
2. Must be married.
3. Start with 10,000 simoleons, 50 LP, and 35 SP.
4. House doesn't count (money wise) till fully built.
5. No cake or cupcake inspirations.
6. No changing eye color, hair color, or skin color.
7. Once teen, can move out.
8. Can't be immortal, must age.
9. Can divorce and get a new husband.
10. Once elder, whole challenge ends.
11. Can keep any money the family earns. (Once moved out, teens can't contribute to family money.)
