4K HEAVY DEPARTURES🛫 Rwy 09 Schiphol Vietnam Airlines, China Airlines, Air Belgium, Singapore Cargo

Welcome to another action packed big aircraft video! This time filmed from the parking garage P4 at Amsterdam Schiphol airport. Runway 24 was closed due to testing of the “new” Instrument Landing System (ILS) calibration flights. Runway 18L therefore wasn’t useable as well, as the calibration test would bank off over this runway. Runway 09, also known as the Bulderbaan (Roar runway) as the aircraft taking off directly fly over the center of Amsterdam. Because of the sound noise this runway is only used for bad weather conditions, an western or eastern wind or other due to runway closures. The Air Belgium A340-300 was first set to depart from runway 24, I drove there because the runways was set to close at 10:30, Air Belgium departed at 10:20. Just when I had set up my tripod and was ready to film, Air Traffic Control (ATC) decided to change the departure to runway 09. I had to pack up my camara equipment quickly and drive to runway 09 and enter the parking garage level 5.
Luckily I was in time to film the Air Belgium A340, man I was happy 😊
No less than five! Boeing 747-400 freighter aircraft departed in a short space of time, especially the Cargolux Italia 747 returning to its base in Luxembourg empty had an impressive short rotate. Notice how the pilots bank the aircraft to set heading for Luxembourg, but also avoid the center of Amsterdam. Also notable are the three Airbus A330Neo aircraft from Delta, normally they only send two Neo aircraft a day but now three :D
The Airbus A350-900 from Vietnam Airlines rotated very late for an Airbus A350, it was full of cargo, nice sight to see. PS The Boeing 787-9 from British Airways you will see in the next video 😉 ENJOY! ⇊For more info & plane shortcuts⇊
