5 Day Cleanse/Detox|| What I Ate Today|| Day 1

Day one of my 5 day detox/cleanse! Join me!

I drank a smoothie for breakfast and lunch and had a light dinner.
Salmon Patties Recipe:
Ingredients:
*8oz salmon
*1/2 cup quinoa
*1 small sweet pepper
*2 tbsp. chopped onions
*1 tbsp. mustard
*red pepper flakes
*parsley flakes
*Mrs Dash seasoning (no salt)
*garlic powder
*black pepper
*1/2 lemon (juice)
*1 egg

Directions: Flake salmon in bowl using a fork. Add lemon juice, onions and sweet pepper and mix well. Follow with the other ingredients (add the beaten egg last).
Heat pan and add a little olive oil. Form patties with hand or scoop into heated pan and flatten with a spatula. cook on each side for 10minutes on low to medium heat.

Makes 2 big patties or 4 small patties!
