I have been having a hard time getting on track with meal planning and food prep and it was because my fridge, freezer and pantry were a complete mess. I am finally getting it all organized and thought I would share my process. I am going back to the way I meal planned and shopped before the pandemic hit. I hope this helps motivate to get organized to help make meal planning and preparing meals a little easier.
