1ST JAN 2021 UPDATE:
Since the Wangan Terminal Project server has been closed, you'll have to run it with -offline command line argument for it to work properly now.

*YOU HAVE TO INSTALL THIS USING THE WAY MENTIONED IN THE VIDEO, EXTRACT 0.9 FIRST, RUN IT ONCE, THEN EXTRACT latest.exe AND OVERWRITE ALL CONFLICTING FILES
**Requires Windows Media Player to work. If it doesnt run for you make sure Windows Media Player is installed and enabled.
