A Closer Look: Pride in Service ES44 GEVOs

Welcome to the ScaleTrains.com YouTube Channel. We're taking our Rivet Counter™ CSX Pride in Service ES44 pre-production samples on a joy ride around Tim Garland's beautiful Seaboard Central Railroad HO Scale layout.

The Pride in Service Program is one way that CSX recognizes the service of its employees who are United States military veterans and active-duty first responders in their local communities. To kick off the program when it was first announced in 2019, CSX dedicated three ES44 locomotives in special paint schemes to honor the Spirit of Our Law Enforcement, First Responders, and the United States Armed Forces.

We’re honored to include CSX Transportation’s Pride in Service locomotives in the first run of our all-new Rivet Counter™ HO ES44. We worked closely with CSX and the graphic designer behind the Pride in Service schemes, Tyler Hardin, to ensure that our Rivet Counter HO ES44s accurately portray the road number-specific details of each of the three locomotives.
