How a Kentucky college has offered tuition-free education for more than a century
For American college students, a degree often comes with massive debt accumulated to pay tuition and other expenses. Last year, student debt in the U.S. topped $1.5 trillion and the average student will owe around $22,000 by the time they graduate. Some schools though, are managing to buck the trend including one pioneering college in Kentucky that hasn't charged a dime of tuition in over 120 years. Michelle Miller reports.
