Drive on Mombasa Road, Uhuru Highway and Westlands in Nairobi Kenya

Take a drive on Mombasa Road past the Nairobi Expressway construction site to Uhuru Highway ending up in Westlands Nairobi Kenya. The Nairobi Expressway Project will run from Mlolongo in Machakos County to James Gichuru Junction in Nairobi. From the video, you can see the blue panels on the side of the road that conceal the construction as it evolves. The expressway is expected to reduce congestion in the city by routing the Mombasa - Malaba traffic rather than have it pass through the city. It will also feature the dedicated Bus Rapid Transport(BRT) System which will majorly improve public transport.

The construction is being carried out by the China Road and Bridge Corporation under the (Public-Private Partnership) PPP model.
