Toshiba FlashAir W-04 SDXC 64GB Wi-Fi Card
My Canon T4i only sports one SD memory card slot. I always like to have at least three copies of everything in case of failure. I can live with two copies of a photo on camera SD and on an external device. With the Toshiba FlashAir W-04 SDXC 64GB Wi-Fi Card I can have the photo, video or some other file type sent to an Android and iOS device concurrently. There are a wealth of advantages this card brings to the party if your camera doesn't sport Wi-Fi natively. At a price point of $50 for a 64GB I'm not complaining.
The included instructions for the Toshiba FlashAir W-04 64GB Wi-Fi Card leaves much to be desired.
Here is a simplified version to follow:

1] Install FlashAir APP on your Android or iOS device.

2] Insert FlashAir Wi-Fi Card into a card reader on computer or use a USB card reader. IMPORTANT! card reader should be capable of reading SDXC cards.

3] Following on screen instructions on your mobile device.
4] When card cannot be found go into your mobile device Wi-Fi settings. Refresh or turn off then on Wi-Fi. You should see FlashAir followed by a series of numbers. Select it as the Wi-Fi connection.
5] You can change SSID and PASSWORD if you like. But use the default SSID and PASSWORD to continue. You may change it later.
6] Return to your FlashAir APP. It should now detect your card.
7] Remove FlashAir Card and insert into camera.
8] Take a few photos and watch them appear on your FlashAir APP.
9] Using APP on your device select photos to transfer to your device Android or iOS device.
10] When you switch camera off iPhone will automatically return to your network Wi-Fi setting. On Android I have had to select my network Wi-Fi setting when done. Different devices and operation systems may respond differently.
11] Additional settings are available. I have not tried them as of yet. Have fun!
