Living with EDS: Spinal Instability

Ehlers Danlos Syndrome is so much more than joint pain and party tricks. And spinal instability is so much more than just back/neck pain. Spinal instability is a serious side effect of having loose connective tissue and can affect just one spinal level or all of them. Many of us struggle with these problems and it can mean some very serious complications if not addressed. If you think that you may be experiencing spinal instability I highly advise you to seek out the opinion of a specialist if at all possible.
