All the way from the land of God’s own country this is a special breakfast item showcased here is an exotic preparation which is made of moist grits of rice and freshly grated coconut and steamed in a special vertical steamer. Eat it best with a combination of bananas and kadala curry.

INGREDIENTS [2-3 PERSONS]
1.SOAKED & DRY RICE - 2 cups
2.SALT - TO TASTE
3.GRATED COCONUT - 1 CUP
4.WATER AS REQUIRED

METHOD:-
In a mixie jar add soaked & dry rice and grind it. Heat kadai, add grinded rice and make it fry, then transfer into a bowl and mix with salt & water. In puttu machine add grated coconut, rice mixture as shown in video. Cook on steam and serve it.
