Making a simple inexpensive hyrographics dip tank

I'm building a temporary hydrographics dip tank from parts I could find locally. This tank will work pretty well until I can build a better Stainless steel tank. Was not too difficult to build and can be done for around 200$ ish.

I purchased all the materials at my local home depot. these are the local prices and may vary from state to state.

70 gal Tough Storage Bin with wheels $44.98
17 gal Tough Storage Bin $9.98
Everbuilt 1/2 HP Utility pump $129.00
10' of 3/4 ID vinyl tubing $29.19
24 x 36 x 1 Budget FRP 2 Washable Filter $8.49
1" PVC pipe and misc fittings

***Update***

I removed the valve meant to bleed off excess pump pressure since it was not needed. I also added a check valve downstream of the pump since it would begin to siphon from the big tank to the sump after turning the pump off.

I am also installing a 120 v 2500 watt water heater element through a bulkhead fitting into the big tank. I will wire it to a PID controller and a thermocouple to maintain proper water temp 90-95 Degrees F. Once completed I'll do a quick video showing the modifications I have made.
