At the invitation of Singaporean President Tharman Shanmugaratnam and his spouse, Party General Secretary and State President Tô Lâm will lead a high-level Vietnamese delegation on a State visit to Singapore from 29 to 31 May. As both countries pursue strategic priorities for medium and long-term development, the visit is expected to elevate the bilateral relationship to a new level.
