Malbork Castle’s Chef Bogdan Gałazka is a graduate of the Kurt Scheller Culinary Academy and the Culinary Academy of New York. Passionate about food since the age of five, when he made his first pancakes, he's the author of two culinary books - "The Cuisine of the Grand Master" and "The Cuisine of the Kings of Poland in Malbork Castle".
