We made our journey to Grand Design RV this year from Arizona to Indiana with a quick detour through South Dakota after failing to find a dealership on the west coast that would work with us. This includes the company we purchased our RV from RV Country. We had attempted to get them to work on our RV multiple times including before we hit the road in January of 2020. So, we decided after looking at the condition our RV is in to just take it to the manufacturer Grand Design RV.

When we started researching RV's, one of the things that really stood out to us was that Grand Design RV had publicly stated that they warranty those who are fulltime RV Living. Since we knew we wanted to become fulltime RVers at some point, this helped narrow our search down. We spent months monitoring their various facebook groups watching their customer experience team help their owners resolve any issues they may have within reason. It helped us gain confidence that this company stands by their product. So we went forward and purchased our Grand Design Reflection 312bhts travel trailer and in January of 2020 became another Fulltime Family.

Since hitting the road, we have had our share of problems just like most. These RVs go through earthquakes every time we move them. We have had 2 incidents that required us to get a mobile tech out for warranty work on our travel trailer. Grand Design both times reimbursed us promptly.

Overall, we are very happy customers with Grand Design. Someday when we move up to a 5th wheel, Grand Design RV will be at the top of our list when it comes to picking a manufacturer since they have gone above and beyond to take care of us with our RV Warranty.
