The COVID-19 Pandemic: One Year Later and Stronger Together

On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a global pandemic. Texas Children’s medical and administrative teams were monitoring the outbreak since its early phase in Wuhan, China and were prepared to quickly responded to the ever-evolving situation.

Throughout the last year, Texas Children’s One Amazing Team displayed incredible strength and resilience every day. We are grateful to our health care heroes who continue to adapt quickly to changes, navigate new challenges and take care of our patients and each other.
