Must Try!! Best Healthy Brownies Ever!

In this healthy desserts video, I'm sharing my favorite healthy chocolate peanut butter brownies that are raw, gluten free and organic! You will just love these raw healthy brownies. They are gluten free, flourless, no bake and DELICIOUS. I hope you will find healthy substitutes for eating healthy doesn't have to mean sacrifice and making these lifestyle changes to be fun and enjoyable with healthy treats like these! *Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies- Raw Organic Gluten Free*
~Using ORGANIC ingredients

Brownie Layer:
-3 cups of raw walnuts
-16 pitted dates
-⅔ cup cacao powder: http://amzn.to/2AlEr7s
-1 tsp of vanilla
-2 tsp of filtered water
-pinch of sea salt: http://amzn.to/2Aet7tk

Start by finely grinding the walnuts in your food processor (Find mine here: http://amzn.to/2i1mobP ) Next add in your cocoa powder and sea salt and process. Add your dates while you process. Continue processing until everything is incorporated. Add in the water and vanilla but be careful not to over process. To much mixing at this point will cause the walnuts to release too much oil. It’s ready when the mixture starts to form a ball in the bowl. Line your dish with parchment paper to prevent sticking and for easy removal. Pour the batter into the paper and press down in an even layer. Place it into your freezer

Peanut Butter Layer:
-3 cups of oats
-1 cup of unsweetened raw peanut butter (regular peanut butter would work too)
-½ cup of honey (use agave or more maple to make it VEGAN)
-¼ cup maple syrup
-¼ raw cold pressed coconut oil: http://amzn.to/2AnCiI8
-1 ½ tsp vanilla
-1 tsp sea salt: http://amzn.to/2Aet7tk

Make your oats into flour by placing them in the food processor until it becomes a fine texture. Add in all the remaining ingredients except for the coconut oil untill well incorporated. Then, slowly pour in the coconut oil as you process. Now add the peanut butter layer on top of the brownie layer. Place into the freezer

Chocolate Frosting:
-¾ cup of maple syrup
-¾ cups of raw cacao: http://amzn.to/2AlEr7s
-⅓ cup of coconut oil: http://amzn.to/2AnCiI8
-a couple pinches of sea salt: http://amzn.to/2Aet7tk

Blend all of your ingredients together until smooth. Spread the frosting onto the peanut butter and place back in freezer. Once they are somewhat firm, 20 minutes or so, cut your brownies into small pieces and store in the freezer! I take them out about 15 minutes before eating so they're the perfect temp.😃
