Qualification & Experience:
At least 2nd class MA/MSc. in Social Sciences preferably Statistics/Economics/ Sociology/ Social Work / Gender Studies or related fields
Proficiency in the use of IT equipment (Computer/Tablets)
The candidates having 05 experience of any tablet-based survey will be preferred
Job Responsibilities
Job Description:
Lead and manage Tehsil Supervisors/Trainers and Enumerators.
Ensure smooth coordination between field staff and survey teams.
Oversee training sessions and ensure staff proficiency in IT equipment.
Monitor data accuracy and adherence to survey guidelines.
Review and verify collected data for completeness and correctness.
Provide corrective measures for errors in data collection.
Act as a liaison between Tehsil Supervisors, Regional Coordinators, and Head office.
Address operational issues faced by field teams.
Ensure smooth execution of survey activities across District.
Prepare and submit progress reports on survey activities.
Maintain records of fieldwork, staff performance, and challenges.
