How To Cancel A Booking In Hostinger Website Builder Appointment System

In this tutorial, I’ll show you how to cancel a booking in the Hostinger Website Builder appointment system. If you’ve created an online store or service booking site using Hostinger Website Builder, it’s important to know how to manage and cancel appointments when necessary.

First, log in to your Hostinger account and go to the Websites section. If you have multiple websites, you can quickly find the right one by searching for its URL. Once located, click Manage Store to open the store management area.

Next, go to the Appointments section to see all your upcoming bookings. In my example, I had two bookings scheduled for tomorrow, and I decided to cancel one of them. To make sure you cancel the correct booking, copy the client’s email address.

Then, go to the Orders page and use the client’s email to search for the exact order you want to cancel. Once you’ve found it, click on the order and select More Actions → Cancel Order.

You’ll see a prompt to confirm the cancellation. You can also choose whether to send a cancellation email to the customer. If you’d like to notify them, preview the email first, then click Cancel Order.

Once you do that, you’ll see a confirmation message saying that the order has been canceled successfully.

And that’s it — this is how you cancel a booking in the Hostinger Website Builder appointment system.
