Note: After joining in, please keep yourself in 'Mute' mode, so that all can clearly hear the voice of RPA during learning, Kriya & meditation without any background sound.

RPA will describe what is "Soul" and their individual spiritual journey on planet Earth.

9:00 - 9:15 AM 🔹 Kriya Session

Om Chanting 3 times and Guru Vandana

Nirmal Kriya - 7 rounds each for 2 external mudra, Pran & Shikar

9:15 - 10:00 AM 🔹Guided Meditation

Guided 6-step meditation to expanded awareness state

The group meditation will conclude with "Shanti Path" for global healing, peace & harmony

10:00 - 10:15 AM 🔹 Q&A Session

At this stage who have other work can discontinue. Those who are interested in interactive Q&A session can stay back.

Raise you hand, then RPA will call your name. Unmute yourself and ask your question. RPA will answer the queries and give explanation.

Once all questions are over the session will end.
