Why "Reasonable Doubt?"
At the end of the evidence in jury trials, trial lawyers give a "closing argument" to the jurors. They argue their case by explaining facts and law. No defense attorney should conclude his argument without explaining the reasonable doubt standard to the jury. Veteran trial lawyer, Kenneth "Clay" Dawson, explains why it is necessary in this video.
