Ingredients - Gatta Sabzi ke lie
Besan - 1 katori
Ajwain - 2 chutki
Kasoori Methi - ¼ tsp
Salt - to taste
Red Chilli - 1 tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
Pani - Atta Lagane ke lie, aur pakane ke lie

Ghee - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Jeera - ½ tsp
Adrak - ½ inch
Hari Mirch - 1 ya 2
Heeng - 1 chutki
Pyaaz - ½ katori (grind ya kasa hua)
Salt - taste hisab se
Haldi - ½ tsp
Mirchi - 1 tsp
Dhaniya - 1 tsp
Dahi - ½ katori
Tamatar - 1 katori (grind ya kasa hua)
Besan - 1 se 2 tbsp
Pani - 1 glass
Dhaniya - 2 tbsp fresh kata hua
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
