Ok so...mayhaps I failed at Vulogmas again this year...I don't understand how people can actually complete it without an editor 😭 I ended up going back to the weekly style format but this actually wasn't filmed over the course of 1 week; it was filmed various days throughout December! I'm too much of a homebody to be going out every day 🧍🏻‍♀️
Oh! & Happy New Year! I can't believe it's already the end of the year .. do you ever feel like you're on autopilot, watching your life pass by? That's how I've been feeling about the end of this year. I know I DID things, but I don't feel like it was me who did those things..does that make sense? I guess I've just been going through the motions. Looking back at where I was mentally this time last year though, I have come very far. I never talk about these things online, but if you read these diary entries we're friends anyway 🐰 I finally tried therapy and began recovery from an ED this year! I wouldn't say I'm entirely mentally 100%, but I'm glad I finally addressed it 🏃🏻‍♀️ I want to practice gratitude and being more positive in 2022 🥲 I've always thought Christmas time was my favorite time of year, but I think I like the period after Christmas a little bit more. The period before New Year's feels almost surreal, like you're suspended in time. Whether you spend that time reflecting or dreaming up what could be, I hope you're also feeling a little more hopeful 💗
