My favorite piece that I picked up - probably the Lodern Kit. I added cotton balls and a back-up lighter to it, and now it'll be my go-to fire-starter kit. The pouch that comes with, its a waxed canvas material - so its water resistant and has belt loops and a top loop, so multiple options to add it on to your gear.

Its fall here in Northern Minnesota - and I scored a great day to wander deep into the forest to do some real world testing with my new tools. Had some fun, and also had some frustrations, but trying new things isn't about being perfect the first time, learn from those mistakes and keep on walking.
Besides, its hard to beat a beautiful day while hanging out in the woods and doing something that you enjoy.
