What’s good fam? It’s your man Azul back at it again after a long layoff. I appreciate you all being patient and hanging with me while I TCB’d some very important and necessary priorities. My soon-to-be Ex-wife and I have physically separated, she’s in S. Florida since June, while I’m here with our son in this NYC. There were a lot of logistics involved with getting my Ex to MIA, and I also moved to a new place (mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally). I wish nothing but the very best for the mother of my child, and woman I’ve shared many life experiences with over a very long span of our lives. My transition to this new reality has been filled with many challenges, but several opportunities as well. I’ve finally prioritized by health and wellness getting those necessary medical check ups that i’ve neglected for years. I also hired a personal trainer who is pushing me to new heights in the gym. I’m eating healthier than I ever have, and the bond that i’m creating with my son is stronger than it has ever been, as he takes those final critical steps into manhood! My living space is totally refreshed anew, as I didn’t want remnants and furniture around me from a loving but broken past. And finally, i’m back in the game living my best life, working everyday to construct the best version of me! Transitions are a necessary part of life, how we manage them determine the richness and robustness of our existence. Given the obvious state of grace I find myself in, I decided to label this latest mix “Transitions”. Here is hoping that all of you find that level of grace and nourishment that you require to provide yourselves with the wholeness and fulfillment you need! As always, these mixes are a heavy labor of love. It really takes me a long time and a lot of to mental energy to create them. I try really hard to capture the feelings and emotions that course through my creative veins in these creations, in hopes that some of those feelings transport to you in a meaningful way. You all should know that you’re my inspiration! The musical and cultural vibe we share gives me life! Even if the mixes are slow to come out, always know that I have one working in the background thinking about how ill it’s gonna be when I drop it and share with you! #1love always fam!
