Printing Stencils for Etching Steel: Cricut Maker v Brother PT700

I am very keen to etch my logo or stamp mark to my work in steel. I considered getting an Etch-O-Matic but was turned off by having to use chemicals and all the processes. So I tried a Brother PT700 label printer which can print stencils, but was not totally happy. Then I had the opportunity to buy a Cricut Maker at an auction and decided to make a comparison video.
If you own an Etch-O-Matic, please let me know if I am wrong or what your thoughts are.
