Glenn Gould is undoubtedly one of the most brilliant pianists of the 20th century. His various interpretations and recordings remain references in the field of piano playing. His two interpretations of Johann Sebastian Bach's Goldberg Variations are particularly noteworthy. Glenn Gould first tackled this monument to the piano repertoire in 1955. This legendary public recording was made three years later in the city of Salzburg. Glenn Gould's imagination, his fantasy is even more accentuated. A unique historical document!
