BREAKDOWN: The FASTEST Sprinter in the World (Usain Bolt)

Check out the running form of the Usain Bolt, who is considered to be the greatest sprinter ever! In this video, we take a peak at his running form during the 100m. We will take a closer look at his form and will explain different components of his running form next week!

If you guys have been following me, I made a video with just the visual overlay and it was when he was slowing down at the end of the race. I heard the feedback and I was able to find good footage from him during the middle of the race! The running clip that was visualized is when Usain Bolt ran the 100m in 9.87 seconds during the London Olympics 2012!
