Servopresse TSD (ServoDirekt-Technologie) mit Walzenvorschub, Querteilschere und modularem, elektronischem 3-Achs-Transfer. Auf Anlagen von Schuler entstehen nicht nur Bauteile für Autos, sondern u.a. auch für Waschmaschinen und Trockner. Mit dieser 1600-Tonnen-Servopresse konnte die Ausbringung bei bestehenden Teilen um bis zu 50 % gesteigert werden! Dies gelingt vor allem durch deutlich kürzere Einricht- und Rüstzeiten, dank halb- und vollautomatischem Rüsten. Auch unsere eigens entwickelten Softwaretools wie der Optimizer, der Smart Assist und der OptimizerPRO tragen zur Steigerung der Ausbringungsmenge und der höheren Teilequalität bei.
