Ingredients:

Top side Beef
Salt & Pepper Seasoned it well

2pcs celery stick
3pcs carrots
1pc onion
10cloves garlic
2pc rosemary

Sauce:
Mashed all the ingredients add:
2tbsp soysauce
1tsp butter
2tsp brownsugar
1tsp salt
1tsp pepper

Strained and mix with 2tsp Cornstarch.

Mashed Potato
5pcs potatoes
2tsp salt
2tsp pepper
4tbsp butter
1/2cup fresh milk
