Homage watches saved me a fortune

I really wanted to love Rolex Sub, but wasn’t sure so I bought a few homages (Steinhart/Tisell/Seiko Mod) and I tried a few on locally. Wow was I disappointed! Hate the cyclops, don’t love the Mercedes hands. I found the Explorer and was much closer.

Homages watches get a bad rap, but I think they serve a great purpose.
