INGREDIENTS

DOUGH:
500 gram flour
1 table spoon sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tablespoon instant dried yeast
250 ml of warm water
60 grams salted butter

FILLING:
500 grams lamb mince ( 20% fat)
1 crushed red capsicum ( xtra juice squeezed out)
1 crushed green capsicum( juice squeezed out )
1 crushed brown onion
1/4 tsp cardomon powder
1.5 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
1 1/2 TBS mixed spice
1 1/2 tsp salt ( or to taste)
1/2 tsp black pepper
chilli powder (optional)
