Why are people rejected from Oxford?

Hi guys! Since it was Oxford decision day a few days ago I wanted to talk a little bit about why people are rejected from Oxford after the interview process. Obviously I can't say definitively why an individual was turned down, but after getting a closer look at the admissions process this is what I believe to be the main reason people are rejected from Oxford after the interview. I also go through some common misconceptions people have after their rejection, and in the second half I talk about how to react after being rejected. This is particularly aimed at people without a connection to Oxford, since their reaction is key to how their community views Oxford. I hope it made some kind of sense! If you were rejected from Oxford last week I'm really sorry, but you will go on to do amazing things no matter where you are. If you were accepted then congrats!
