"Today is the day that the EU's new AI Act comes into force and so the countdown begins for affected businesses to ensure compliance with the new regulatory framework. Our AI team here at Bristows has written a six-part series which covers the key considerations that these businesses need to be thinking about now.

In this series I've written an article which is aimed at employers who either have a European footprint or who target candidates based in the EU. These employers will need to prepare for the changes that come into effect in two years' time.
