20 MINUTE At Home Workout For Wrestlers

Follow along as I go through this 20 minute total body workout. Description of the reps/sets are below. Stay well and enjoy!

Begin workout with:
Pull-Ups- 15
Push-Ups- 15
Sit-Ups- 15
Lunges- 15

*Decline one rep from each exercise as you go. For example, next round would be 14 reps, then 13, 12, 11 and so on.

*Feel free to skip ahead to your ability. 50-75% of your max is a good starting point.
