Ingredients:
1. Mangoes -6 (Peel off the skin)
2. Kashmiri Chili Powder- 1 tsp
3. Turmeric Powder- ½ small tsp
4. Sugar- 1 tsp full
5. Salt- ½ small sp
6. Water-1 cup
7. Grated Coconut- 1 cup
8. Curd- 1 cup
Method:
- Pressure-cook items 1 to 6 until three whistles. Turn off the stove and leave it for 10 minutes. The open the lid.
- Grind well items 7 and 8 and pour it into the pressure cooker, stir well
- Turn on the stove. Boil it in medium flame for 5 minutes. Turn off the stove
- Turn off the stove.
For Tempering:
1. Mustard seed- 1 small sp
2. Fenugreek (uluva) seed- ¼ small sp
3. Dried long chili- 3
4. Curry leaves- 2 strings
5. Coconut oil- 1 – 1 ½ tbsp.
• Use the above items to temper it
• Pour it over the curry. Keep it closed for 1-2 minutes.
• Serve it
