Miele SGSK3 C3 Silence - Repair & Refurbishment!

I got given this the other day, broken as all modern Miele's which come through my door are... But, it's possibly an easy fix, and the machine is apart already anyway so let's repair, then refurbish and demonstrate this Miele vacuum cleaner.
