Forget Fanta—Kumquat Soda will be your new favorite fizzy drink! Kumquats are one of my favorite citrus fruits, but since they’re only in season for a short time, today we’ll turn them into a unique, fresh, and flavorful soda that you can enjoy on its own or use to add a special touch to your next cocktail. Making Kumquat Soda takes less than a day, and all you’ll need are kumquats, water, sugar, acids, turmeric, and soda water. So get your scale, blender, and soda capper ready, let’s make some soda—it’s Cocktail Time!
