A client of mine didn’t get the chance to walk around the neighborhood when they were in town, but they loved this house. To try to help them feel comfortable, I did a once more walkthrough of the home and recorded my walk around the neighborhood.

23:15 – Leave Alaska Street and Side Trip Through the Neighborhood

33:15 – Back on Alaska to Columbia City

36:30 – Cut through the Park

40:30 – Edmonds and Rainier

42:00 – Walk back to Light Rail along Ferdinand

47:25 – Turn onto MLK

53:05 – Leave MLK walk back to 2826 Columbian
